Five Star Building is a family business established in 2003 by Jay Davis.

 

Before 2003 Jay was employed by the owner of a large Grade II listed, 17th Century former rectory and learned his trade whilst fully renovating & refurbishing the property over a number of years. When that contract ended Five Star Building commenced trading and has been providing customers in and around the Worcester area with a comprehensive range of building and property services ever since.

 

In addition to the usual building works such as repairs, refurbishments, alterations & extensions, we are able to offer a range of other services such as kitchen & bathroom installations, plumbing & heating and fencing & landscaping, all fully insured and guaranteed.

 

On larger projects we work closely with architects and liaise with Building Control on your behalf. On occasions when specialists are required, such as gas and electrical installations, we work with our carefully selected associates to ensure everything is carried out in compliance with current regulations.

 

We also specialise in traditional brickwork, selecting the correct materials and techniques to ensure that any repairs or alterations are fully in keeping with the existing style of your period property.

 

Five Star Building are members of the Worcestershire Trader Register, an online register of local tradesmen who are committed to providing high levels of customer service and which is administered by Worcestershire Regulatory Services.
